I’m Lisa and I love sharing all things fitness and health. I’m a Certified Personal Trainer and Holistic Health Coach with a background in healthcare (as a Radiation Therapist). I spent 13 years of my life in a corporate setting, climbing from an entry position to CEO. Then I moved on to work for 8 years in a physical therapy office running their fitness studio and learning from the very best about the human body.
It took that loooong road to discover what I really wanted to do.
So WHY do I want to do this?
Because I’ve lived everything I teach. I know what it feels like to juggle a full life — family, friendships, responsibilities, holidays, careers, ideas, dreams — while trying to take care of your body and show up as your best self. I know the frustration of doing “all the things” and still feeling tired, puffy, out of balance, or unsure of where to even start.
And I also know the power of finally feeling strong, capable, and confident in your own skin again.
Over the years, I’ve poured myself into understanding women’s bodies over 40 — how hormones shift, how muscle becomes our superpower, how food becomes fuel, and how small, consistent habits can completely transform energy, sleep, mood, and metabolism. I’ve coached, trained, tested, learned, and refined what actually works for real women with real lives.
Now, helping women step into that strength is my purpose.
I created programs like Slay the Day – Over 40 Fit & Fabulous and Stronger Than Menopause because women deserve guidance that is science-based, realistic, and empowering — not overwhelming. I want every woman I work with to feel capable of lifting heavier, moving better, nourishing smarter, and waking up energized and confident.
My mission is simple:
To help women over 40 feel strong, supported, and unstoppable — in their bodies and their lives.
This is why I show up. This is why I build programs, communities, and conversations. This is why I’m here.
